Shipping Handling
Shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 for Ontario and shipping is only available within Ontario.
*Free Shipping on orders over $100.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.
No refunds on products used. Can exchange or refund if product has not been opened. 14 days from day of purchase.
Return Policies
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
All returned merchandise must be:

Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.

opened or used products
To initiate a return please email gina@omorphiaesthetics.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Oshawa contact us to arrange a time to drop off. Walk-in returns will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
